2. Our Complaints Process
When we receive your complaint:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- Your concern will be reviewed by the practice management team.
- We will investigate the issue carefully and fairly.
- A full response will normally be provided within 10–20 working days.
If more time is required, we will keep you informed.
